The Greater Sanford Lake Area has proven to be a welcoming and supportive community in the wake of the 2020 Dam Failures. We have welcomed several new businesses, and the community has a desire for someone to give them a chance to be their customer at whatever business decides to open in this building. The community likes to shop local!

The location is also wonderful- it has the small town cozy feel, but it is right off M-30, and not far from US10 nor M61. There is a Dollar General behind this property on M-30, which also draws several customers due to it being a relatively longer distance to grocery stores.

The public dockage down the street will also increase potential traffic, and there is presently several kayakers enjoying the river until our beloved lake returns.

The public dockage also creates an opportunity when the lake returns for boaters to stop for an ice cream in the summer!
